Elizabeth Overmann’s practice focuses on general litigation, with an emphasis on defense of trucking litigation and personal injury torts. She also regularly handles matters in premises liability, professional liability, transportation and adulterated food. Elizabeth has an extensive knowledge in the area of insurance coverage analysis and litigation, and regularly represents insurance companies and insured persons in litigation across North Carolina. She has over 14 years of experience performing investigations of potential claims, working with experts and handling complex litigation through jury trial.

Elizabeth regularly presents seminars on hot topics to the insurance industry and clients in the Southeast.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth spends time with her husband and two children. She enjoys snowboarding, camping, reading, scrapbooking and traveling.
