Mark Potter’s practice concentrates on defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation proceedings. Mark joined MGC after developing his workers’ compensation practice in the Atlanta area. Based out of the firm’s office in Atlanta, Mark represents the interests of employers, insurers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims throughout Georgia. Mark also represents employers and insurers asserting workers’ compensation subrogation liens  in litigation against third-party tort-feasors. 

An Atlanta native, Mark fled to South Carolina for college. He returned to Georgia for law school before serving as staff attorney for the Superior Courts of Georgia’s Mountain Circuit. Mark lives with his wife their young son in the Atlanta area. Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and following his hometown Atlanta Braves.
