James H. Lichty

Mr. Lichty’s practice focuses on workers' compensation defense. 

He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in marine science. Mr. Lichty earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland where he was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He participated in the University of Maryland's Environmental Law Clinic which allowed him to earn a certificate in Environmental Law and serve on the board of the University of Maryland’s Environmental Law Society. Mr. Lichty also worked as an associate editor of The Business Lawyer, the official journal of the Business Section of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association.
