Mr. O’Keefe’s practice focuses on workers' compensation defense. 

He graduated from Furman University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Mr. O’Keefe received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1994. He is a former Assistant State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida and Assistant Solicitor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. Mr. O’Keefe is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and the United States Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
