Mr. Starnes’ practice focuses on the areas of workers’ compensation defense.

He graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with a major in accounting. Mr. Starnes received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Bar. He is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina State Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
