Mr. Gallagher's practice focuses on workers’ compensation law. 

He graduated cum laude from The Citadel and received his Juris Doctor from The University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Gallagher is a former law clerk to The Honorable Paul E. Short, Jr., Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association.
