MG&C Welcomes New Associate Nicole C. Shoemaker

The law firm of McAngus Goudelock & Courie is pleased to announce that attorney Nicole C. Shoemaker has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as an associate.

Formerly a judicial clerk with Justice Paul M. Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina, Ms. Shoemaker’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. She received her law degree from the Campbell University School of Law, where she was the editor-in-chief of the Campbell Law Review and received the Justice I. Beverly Lake Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law. Ms. Shoemaker holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from East Carolina University, and she is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
