Terra Futch joins the firm's Columbia office
McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC is pleased to announce that Terra Futch has joined the firm’s Columbia office. Terra’s practice focuses on general liability defense including automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, and construction defects.
She graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, where she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and a recipient of the Valedictorian Scholars Award. Terra earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she was named to the Order of the Wig and Robe and was also a recipient of the CALI Award for Contracts I and the 2005-2006 Pro Bono Service Award. Terra spent the first four years of her career as a Sr. Claims Representative with State Farm Insurance Company. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
