McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC is pleased to announce that Mullen Taylor has joined the firm’s Columbia office. Mullen’s practice focuses on municipal law, water law, energy and natural resources law, and land use law.

She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Master of Arts degree from Columbia College. After a twelve-year career in state and local government, Mullen obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she received a CALI Award for Land Use Planning, and served as Associate Editor for the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal. Mullen is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Bar and the United States District Court, South Carolina District. She is a frequent lecturer on the subject of water law. Mullen is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.
