The S.C. Workers’ Compensation Commission received a draft of the 2016 Medical Services Provider Manual (MSPM) at the Business Meeting on July 18, 2016. The effective date of the new fee schedule is September 1, 2016. A summary of the proposed changes can be read here. The Commission is accepting comments on the proposed changes through July 29 and will consider adopting the new schedule at the Commission Business Meeting on August 15.
