McAngus Goudelock & Courie, a regional insurance defense firm, is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Meredith Ann Carter, Bruce Greenberg and Anna Marsh to the firm’s Columbia office.

Carter’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced civil litigation in the Charleston area, as well as criminal prosecution at the 7th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Carter earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College.

 

Greenberg’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining MGC, he was a Prosecutor for the South Carolina 5th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office and an Assistant City Attorney for Columbia’s City Attorney’s Office. He earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and His Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Greenberg is a member of the American Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association and South Carolina Bar Association, where he is a member of the Young Lawyers Division and Chair of the Disaster Legal Services Committee. He is also involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Marsh’s practice focuses on general liability defense. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William P. Keesley and the Honorable R. Knox McMahon. Marsh earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. Marsh is also involved in the Contemporaries with the Columbia Museum of Art and the Palladium Society with the Historic Columbia Foundation.
