David E. Rozier, Jr.

Dave Rozier brings more than 35 years of experience to his clients, focusing on commercial and general litigation and employment law. He represents insurance companies, business owners and individuals in insurance matters and is admitted in Mississippi and Tennessee. Dave also has over 20 years of service and experience with the United States Postal Service REDRESS EEO dispute resolution program as a certified mediator.

Dave’s motto is “if my service to my clients is not A+, then it’s really no service at all.” Client satisfaction is his top priority, achieved by focusing on the details – big or small – that bring a case to a positive conclusion. Dave’s clients have come to expect professionalism, responsiveness, innovation and a partner when working together.

Dave is an avid outdoorsman and greatly enjoys wing shooting, coastal marsh fishing and golf. He shares his wife’s passion for gardening and they spend a great deal of time on their family farm or at the beach, and tries to take family “vacays” to the Florida coast as often as possible.
