Doc Morgan has over 35 years of litigation experience, primarily focused on personal injury, arson and insurance fraud, bad faith, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, insurance coverage and transportation and trucking. Over his years in practice, he has tried a substantial number of jury trials and has argued cases before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Doc also serves on MGC’s Trucking: Rapid Response Team. Because of Doc’s significant litigation experience, he is able to manage client expectations and meet client needs.

When Doc is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf and watching college basketball and football.
