Emily Dowell’s practice focuses on title work in the firm’s Columbia office. Emily believes that her clients need and deserve clear and concise communication regarding their title work and also accurate turnarounds, which she is always trying to provide. She enjoys the challenges of title work and she’s always learning new ways to solve title issues.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys hiking, knitting, reading and being out in nature. She has a cat named Tulip and a crested gecko named Calvin.
