Case Embry’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including workers’ compensation, bad faith and general liability defense. Case has extensive experience before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission and Mississippi state and federal courts. Case regularly attends mediations on behalf of clients and advises employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators on legal issues and defense strategies with regard to Mississippi workers’ compensation claims and prevention of said claims.

Case lives in Oxford with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and cooking.
