Heath Stewart’s practice focuses on general litigation, with an emphasis on construction defects, premise/products liability and the occasional real estate transaction. He has practiced law for more than a decade, with a specific focus on insurance defense over the last eight years.

Outside of MGC, Heath enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. When allowed out of the house, he enjoys being out on Lake Murray, playing golf (quite poorly, he adds) and rooting for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
