Paul Brewer’s practice focuses on construction, products liability, civil rights and government liability, general civil litigation, premises liability, transportation law, insurance defense, professional liability and ADR/mediation. With a focus on litigation and the insurance industry since 2006, Paul has tried jury trials in both state and federal court, as well as bench trials in Tennessee courts.
Outside of work, Paul spends time with his wife and two boys, as well as watching University of Tennessee football.
