For over a decade, Janine has represented insurers and their insureds in business litigation, bad faith litigation and liability matters for the construction, hospitality, restaurant, retail and transportation/trucking industries. She primarily focuses on trucking, construction and premises liability in the firm’s Atlanta office. Janine has successfully tried cases involving business litigation, family law and personal injury in Alabama District Courts. “I go above and beyond by regularly and clearly communicating strategy and case developments to my client,” she says. “I also make myself available for clients after normal business hours for emergencies or other important matters that cannot wait.”
Outside of MGC, Janine enjoys running, crafting, traveling and spending time with her son and family.
