John Hennick represents employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in workers' compensation matters in the firm’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining MGC, John worked in the Atlanta area practicing primarily workers' compensation defense. He also has experience working on behalf of injured parties in medical malpractice claims. While in law school, John worked in the Rockdale County District Attorney's office prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony crimes. Additionally, John served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kelly Lee Ellerbee of the Superior Court of Fulton County.

John has handled claims from trial level through Superior Court appeals, and advised clients on wide-ranging topics such as their rights in subrogation to the implications of Medicare in the workers’ compensation process. John has also consistently worked alongside his clients to help effectuate systems to limit their exposure and reduce their overall costs on each claim. John is licensed by the State as a CEU Instructor, and has taught dozens of classes to adjusters and employer risk managers alike advising them how to effectively handle claims.

In his free time, John enjoys playing soccer, running, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
