Kaycee Roberts’ practice focuses on premises liability, transportation and trucking in the firm’s Memphis office, bringing nearly a decade of law practice to MGC. She represents individuals and businesses in tort and contract-related issues, to include lawsuits brought under theories of negligence, breach of contract, construction liability, trucking and motor vehicle liability. Kaycee also represents businesses in their commercial litigation matters. “One of the first steps I take with a new client is to identify their goals,” she says. “Throughout the case, we continue to reassess their goals together to insure the strategy and outcome align with [their] goals.”
Prior to joining MGC, Kaycee was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Weiss of Division VIII Shelby County Circuit Court; a criminal defense assistant public defender with the Law Office of Shelby County Public Defender, District Public Defender’s Office with the 16th Judicial District and the Nashville Defenders; as well as a criminal defense assistant federal defender with the Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee, Inc.
Outside of the office, Kaycee enjoys hiking, traveling and kayaking with her Siberian Husky.
