Kim’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation matters in the firm’s Atlanta office, bringing two decades of insurance defense experience to MGC. She takes pride in maintaining good communication, while zealously advocating on behalf of employers and insurers. “I am extremely responsive, and I stay current on case law and legislative changes that impacts our area of law,” Kim says. “I also provide client education routinely on a variety of relevant topics.”

Prior to joining MGC, Kim practiced workers’ compensation as a partner at two Southeast-based firms.

Outside of MGC, she loves to travel and spend time at her kids’ sporting events – her daughter plays soccer and is in a band, and her son plays baseball.
