Meredith Cushing’s practice focuses on litigation, including civil litigation, insurance defense, defense of personal injury torts, UM/UIM issues, commercial litigation, construction defect, insurance coverage disputes and trucking. She represents insurance carriers and individual insured persons and companies in civil litigation and has tried over 100 cases to verdict across North Carolina. She also serves on MGC’s Trucking: Rapid Response Team.

Outside of the office, Meredith spends time with her husband and enjoys traveling, riding horses and working with rescue animals.
