Michael DeLeva’s practice focuses on general litigation matters in the firm’s Atlanta office, bringing a decade of law practice to MGC. His experience extends to the Georgia courts where he has a decade of civil and criminal trial experience at the state, superior and appellate-level as both lead and co-counsel. Conversational and available, Michael enjoys talking through issues with his clients and involving them in the process throughout every step. He also understands the importance of transparency in a client-attorney relationship.

Outside of MGC, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats, Riley and Sutton, cheering for the Hawks, completing crossword puzzles (with his wife's assistance), playing fantasy football and writing.
