Natalie's practice focuses on workers’ compensation matters in the firm’s Raleigh office. Prior to joining MGC, she practiced criminal and family law at a firm in Colorado.

In her representation of employers and carriers, Natalie strives to work diligently and efficiently for her clients' individual needs—with an emphasis on open and reliable communication. "My goal is to mitigate my clients' liability and defend against workers' compensation claims," she says. "In order to achieve this goal. I focus on getting to know and understand my clients' specific needs to provide them with the necessary tools to make thoughtful legal decisions."

Outside of MGC, Natalie enjoys cooking, exercising, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband, Reece, and their two rescue pups, Caroline and Marley.
