Scott Garrett has been representing employers and insurance carriers for more than 30 years. He has tried more than 300 cases before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission. Scott has also appeared before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. He joined MGC in 1995 when the firm first opened its doors.

Scott has a son who is in the process of obtaining his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He has a beautiful daughter who is entering high school. When he is not working, Scott enjoys traveling, playing golf, waging a friendly bet and strumming his guitar.
