Spencer Beard’s practice focuses on general litigation including commercial litigation, construction litigation, government liability and premises liability defense in the firm’s Wilmington office. Prior to joining MGC, Spencer handled insurance matters in Mississippi since 2005.

In addition to spending time with his wife, Emmie King, and two boys, Parker and Charlie, Spencer enjoys watching the North Carolina Tar Heels, playing golf, listening to music and learning to surf.
