Evan Beauchamp’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation in the firm’s Atlanta office. He represents employers, insurers and third-party administrators in claims across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, hospitality, transportation and logistics. Evan has defended hundreds of workers’ compensations claims and has taken hundreds of depositions, including employees, doctors, engineers, other experts, insurance professionals, etc. He has represented his clients through all levels up the appeal process after the initial hearing, and has several reported cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals. Evan also enjoys putting on seminars and presentations for his clients and explaining the nuances of Georgia workers’ compensation.

In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, their young son and their two beagles. He is a competitive marathoner with Atlanta Track Club and has run the Boston Marathon, the Chicago Marathon and the Amsterdam Marathon, among others.
