Tom Cassidy’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, litigation, employment, insurance law, professional liability, premises liability, ADR/mediation, transportation and vehicle litigation. Tom has represented individuals, corporations, employers and insurance companies. He has also represented railroads in claims brought pursuant to the Federal Employer Liability Act. With over 25 years of practice under his belt, Tom has extensive trial experience defending civil cases throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. Tom serves on MGC's Trucking: Rapid Response Team.
