For over two decades, Todd has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. With a focus on insurance defense, his practice includes representing local, national and international retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, hotels and hospitality clients. Todd has served as coverage counsel for claims arising out of respiratory injury from the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, as well as claims related to diacetyl exposure (or “popcorn lung” litigation). His experience also extends to arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. “Where litigation is unavoidable, while serving as a zealous advocate, I also counsel my clients as to the most cost-effective and business-oriented solution to addressing each matter based on the specific facts presented,” says Todd.
