For over two decades, Todd has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. With a focus on insurance defense, his background includes representing local and national organizations in premises and products liability cases, complex commercial disputes, high-exposure insurance coverage cases and employment-related matters. Todd has served as coverage counsel for claims arising out of respiratory injury from the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, as well as claims related to diacetyl exposure (or “popcorn lung” litigation). His experience also extends to arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
