Adam Acuff’s practice focuses on professional liability, premises liability and transportation in the firm’s Raleigh office, bringing over a decade of insurance defense experience to MGC. He also maintains a public adjuster’s license. “Having practiced medical malpractice and general liability defense at a well-known and respected mid-town Manhattan firm, as well as having had the opportunity to represent insured’s in-house at a Raleigh based medical malpractice insurance carrier, it has afforded me the ability to not only zealously represent clients in the court of law, but has also provided a unique insight as to what an insurance carrier requires behind the scenes. This background allows me to provide a dedicated and passionate representation for each client, while also affording me the ability to provide exceptional service to the individual carriers.”

Prior to joining MGC, Adam was a claims attorney with a medical malpractice insurance carrier. He has also practiced medical professional liability defense, bankruptcy and collection, as well as general litigation in North Carolina and New York.

Outside of the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, watching sports (especially hockey), as well as taking part in outside activities, including racing motocross on the weekends.
