Cory Chitwood's practice focuses on general litigation, motor vehicle litigation and premises liability in the firm’s Nashville office, where he represents businesses, individuals and insurers. Cory believes in the importance of “clear, prompt communication on legal issues, options and paths to resolution.” Prior to joining MGC, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable U.S. District Judge John T. Fowlkes, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Cory also practiced general civil defense litigation and medical malpractice defense in Tennessee. 

In Cory's personal time, he enjoys watching University of Tennessee athletics, exploring the Tennessee outdoors and spending time with his family and fiancée.
