Daniel Baker’s practice focuses on motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and construction at the firm’s Charlotte office, where he represents clients involved in various litigation matters. With over a decade of experience, Daniel understands the importance of “being the voice” for clients navigating the complexities of legal disputes. Prior to joining MGC, he practiced insurance litigation at several law firms. 

In Daniel’s personal time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking and exploring the Carolinas with his wife, Kiana. He is also a passionate sports fan, supporting the Giants, the Yankees and the Charlotte Hornets.
