Dan McCoy brings over a decade of litigation practice to MGC's Myrtle Beach office, where he focuses on client service and bringing individualized attention to each case to better understand his client's specific needs. His practice includes general litigation, adulterated food, alcohol liability, bad faith, commercial litigation, construction, director and officer liability, insurance coverage, nursing home liability, premises liability, products liability, SIU/arson and fraud, slander/defamation, transportation and trucking. Dan has successfully tried cases to verdict before the SC Court of Appeals.

Outside of MGC, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and their Great Dane, Milo. He also likes to exercise and coach youth flag football at his community's rec center.
