For over a decade, Jimmy has represented premises owners, product manufacturers, suppliers, sellers and contractors in the areas of premises liability, products liability, mass torts, motor vehicle, construction and environmental matters. He has served as both Local and National Coordinating Counsel for multiple companies, overseeing the defense of asbestos-related claims throughout the Commonwealth and country. Jimmy has argued extensively before multiple levels of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Superior Court. He has tried cases to successful verdicts in the Commonwealth. James serves on MGC’s Trucking Rapid Response Team.
