John Manzo’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation out of the firm’s Raleigh office. He represents insurers, employers and third–party administrators in a diverse array of workers’ compensation matters, including catastrophic injury claims, occupational disease claims, death claims and claims involving complex Medicare issues. John prides himself on being thorough and taking the time to ensure that he is providing his clients with accurate, well-considered recommendations based on all of the available information. Prior to joining MGC, he practiced workers’ compensation with another law firm in North Carolina and was a Special Deputy Commissioner with the North Carolina Industrial Commission.

Outside of MGC, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, daughter, Parker and their dog, Frankie.  He enjoys reading about history and following college sports.
