Kate Avetta represents contractors, owners and insurance companies in litigation, products liability and motor vehicle litigation, with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to her clients' goals. Dedicated to mentoring future legal professionals, she is a coach for Drexel University School of Law's Moot Court Team for the American Bar Association's National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Prior to joining MGC, Kate practiced workers' compensation with a civil litigation firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy W. Chell, P.J.Civ. and the Honorable Sandra Lopez, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also gained litigation experience with a national insurance company.

Outside of MGC, Kate spends her time running, skiing and cooking.
