Keely McCoy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction, coverage, litigation and premises liability, bringing nearly two decades of expertise to MGC’s Columbia office. “It has been my experience that the best results come when clients and attorneys collaborate together for realistic solutions,” she says. “I always make an effort to understand my clients' perspective and take it into consideration in approaching a matter.”

Prior to joining MGC, Keely practiced civil defense litigation and assisted corporate clients with legal compliance. She also represented middle-market businesses in financial distress, and served as in-house counsel for a commercial trucking supplier

Outside of MGC, Keely enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, and experiencing life in Columbia. “I believe being active in the community is a great way to build bonds with others and an important means of keeping a healthy perspective on life,” she adds.
