Mallory Daniel’s practice focuses on professional liability, premises liability, commercial auto liability as well as trucking and transportation in MGC’s Atlanta office. She represents insurance carriers and their insured commercial clients and individuals. Mallory prioritizes ensuring her clients receive a comprehensive and diligent defense while also keeping them informed during each step of the litigation process.  

Prior to joining MGC, Mallory practiced insurance defense litigation in auto liability cases. She has served as second chair in jury trials in both state and superior courts in Georgia.

Outside of MGC, Mallory enjoys traveling, attending concerts, doing Pilates and following Formula 1 racing.
