Michele C. Wojcik

For over two decades, Michele Wojcik has represented the interests of the insurance industry. Michele is proficient in all facets of insurance coverage, including personal lines, commercial lines, professional lines and specialty lines. She has defended insurance carriers against extracontractual claims, provided counsel on coverage obligations and litigated issues concerning duty to defend and indemnify. Additionally, Michele has represented attorneys and other professionals in professional liability claims, and has handled general defense matters, including complex claims.

Michele frequently shares her insights to clients and national organizations, including CLM, NBI and the American Bar Association, on issues of insurance coverage and avoiding extracontractual claims. She is a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel, the preeminent association of attorneys who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders, and serves as co-chair on CLM's Insurance Coverage Committee.

Outside of MGC, Michele spends her time cooking and enjoying the lake life with her husband.
