Mitchel Evans focuses his litigation practice on automobile defense, insurance coverage and general tort liability across the state of Georgia. He has more than 30 years of experience practicing law, with 28 of those years representing insurance companies and their insureds in litigation matters. Mitch has tried hundreds of cases throughout his career in courts across Georgia.

“I believe all clients are entitled to, and need, honest assessments of the positive and negative aspects of each case in order to make the best decisions,” Mitch says. “Part of my job is to always be available to answer questions not just from litigation adjusters, but also pre-litigation adjusters to help insurers be proactive in preventing problems.”

Mitch, a lifelong Georgia resident, has three children, is active in his church community and enjoys reading and baseball.
