Phil Raines represents insured individuals and companies, as well as insurance carriers, in litigation matters. He spent nearly a decade in the insurance claims business—primarily in SIU—including several years in a leadership role on the anti-fraud team. "This gives me unique insight into the challenges our clients face on a daily basis," Phil adds. While earning his Juris Doctor, he also served as a litigation law clerk with MGC. 

Outside of MGC, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, son and their dog, Mack, playing competitive soccer, running and following the West Virginia Mountaineers.
