Nashville, TN
For nearly a decade, Robert has represented businesses and individuals in general litigation and employment matters across state and federal courts. Prior to joining MGC, Robert practiced employment litigation with two Nashville firms. While studying at Belmont University College of Law, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Belmont Law Review and competed on the college's nationally-ranked Mock Trial Team. Robert was also a legal intern with a company focused on inmate healthcare, a law clerk with the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Tennessee and a judicial extern with Justice Jeffrey S. Bivins of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Through these experiences, he has found the importance of "resolving clients' disputes efficiently rather than punitively" in order to get timely and substantial resolutions.
In his personal time, Robert enjoys going to the movies or the symphony, being a sci-fi enthusiast and rooting for various sports teams (the Nashville Predators, Atlanta Braves, UT, Michigan State and the Dallas Cowboys, to name a few). Outside of the office, you may find him spending time with his family, coaching his daughter's softball team or playing with their dog, Sam.
