For nearly two decades, Sean Stadelman has represented companies in complex civil matters in federal multidistrict litigation and Philadelphia’s Complex Litigation Center. Sean works with a variety of clients, including life science companies, vehicle manufacturers, trucking/logistics companies, as well as consumer product and industrial product businesses. He routinely collaborates with clients to develop and execute a strategic plan for handling individual cases and mass torts. With a Certificate in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Dornsife School of Public Health at Drexel University, Sean is often called upon to work with experts in developing a strategy focused on securing dismissals under Daubert and Frye.

Sean is a recipient of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association's James J. Manderino Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He is also a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates National Trial College—a designation extended to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
