With over a decade of litigation experience, Steve Kozick focuses his practice on construction, litigation and products liability in MGC’s Charleston office, where he represents businesses entities. Steve believes in the in the importance of going "beyond simply meeting the requirements to resolve each claim or case. [He] want[s] to help clients develop defense strategies to avoid or minimize future litigation."

Prior to joining MGC, Steve practiced construction defect, personal injury and products liability law in Charleston, South Carolina. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Norton, Chief US District Judge, District of South Carolina. Prior to becoming an attorney, Steve had a 15-year long career as a public servant, working for the US Drug Enforcement Administration and US Probation. 

Outside of MGC, Steve enjoys being with his wife, children and their three dogs. You might find him playing tennis or fishing, too.
