Stephen Duncan’s practice focuses on litigation in the firm’s Asheville office, where he represents defendants in civil litigation matters. Stephen believes in the importance of “keeping clients fully informed of the case by explaining complex legal topics and proceedings in a manner that non-lawyers can understand.” Prior to joining MGC, He practiced civil litigation law and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Katherine V. Oliver. 

In Stephen’s personal time, he enjoys cooking and watching bad movies.
