Sydney Welch’s practice focuses on litigation at the firm’s Asheville office, where she represents insurance carriers. She believes in the importance of “consistent and clear communication and an emphasis on collaboration to ensure that clients' needs are met in a way most suitable to them.” Prior to joining MGC, Sydney practiced immigration law.

In Sydney’s personal time, she enjoys reading mystery novels, kayaking in the Catawba River and spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Winnie. They love living in the mountains and spending time outdoors!
