Thomas Dougherty’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, bad faith and litigation in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he represents insurance carriers. Thomas believes in the importance of “keeping an open line of communication and ascertainable expectations with clients to resolve their needs in a time and cost efficient manner.” Prior to joining MGC, he practiced premise liability and trucking law and served as a law clerk for Judge Vincent L. Johnson at the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia. 

In Thomas’s personal time, he enjoys being an avid football and baseball fan, working out and spending time with family and friends.
