Todd is a member of MGC and manages the firm's Garden City, New York office. He has over 25 years of litigation experience and has spent his career defending clients in the retail, hospitality, restaurant and trucking industry in both pre-suit and litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Todd has also been admitted pro hac vice at the request of his clients in numerous other jurisdictions around the country. His clients consists of regional, national and international companies as well as local entities, both by way of direct retention and through various insurers. Understanding that not every case in litigation warrants a trial, Todd's experience also extends to arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. “Where litigation is unavoidable, while serving as a zealous advocate, I also counsel my clients as to the most cost-effective and business-oriented solution to addressing each matter based on the specific facts presented,” he says. Prior to bringing his talents to MGC, Todd served as Vice-Chair of the Retail & Hospitality Practice Group of a 400+ attorney law firm.
