Daly earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace University. He is a certified Litigation Management Professional, and is a member of clamsXchange, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, North Carolina State Bar Association, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and Virginia State Bar Association.
