She has nearly 13 years of experience representing insurance companies and their insureds, focusing on insurance litigation, bad faith, extra-contractual liability and coverage investigations. Hicks graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and Lafayette County Bar Association.
